Here is a brief overview of the process
Initial Meeting
▪ This is where the plans or ideas would be reviewed and a discussed.
▪ A project survey will be completed
Site Visit
▪ Any clearing, site layout, setbacks, utilities, etc. will be assessed at this time.
Estimate
▪ All plans will be reviewed and a detailed estimate will be given (allow apprx. 2 weeks)
▪ A detailed proposal will be given. Each item on the proposal will be reviewed with the customer to make sure all costs are understood.
Acceptance of Proposal
▪ Terms of the agreement are discussed.
Permits
▪ Permits are applied for including Township, City, County, UDC
Schedule
▪ A work schedule is set and given to all who are involved with the project.
Construction Phases
▪ Excavating
▪ Foundation
▪ Framing
▪ Roofing
▪ Windows
▪ Electrical
▪ Plumbing/HVAC
▪ Drywall/Painting
▪ Cabinets/Doors/Trim
▪ Final inspection/Clean-up
Completion
▪ Walkthrough with the customer to ensure 100% satisfaction.
